दाग छोप्न दाग मागिरहेको यो वास्तविकता,
उम्लेको दुध झै पोखिन आतुर,
आफैं आगो बनेको छ,
आफैं खरानी हुने आशमा ।
अतीत बिर्सिन भोलि कुरिरहेको जीवन,
तुवाँलो लागेको डाँडा झै विलीन,
देखिँदैन तर धेरै छन्,
आफैं सँग गर्न बाँकी कुराहरू ।
फेरि कुरा र कुलो,
जाता पनि मोडिन्छ,
बरु चित्र स्थिर छ,
यथार्थमा केही खोट छैन,
उसलाई हेर्ने आखा धमिलो छ ।
Thoughts moving too fast beneath sedation.
Dopamine. Exhaustion. Fear. Weed. Alcohol. Ambition. Loneliness.
All mixed together until emotion itself became chemically blurry.
For a moment neither of them spoke.
Only the bass.
Only the city.
Only the strange feeling that life had already happened somewhere else before arriving here
Finding a way to lose one,
to understand where the path ends,
where the garden begins,
to take a break,
release the pain,
hold onto beauty of things,
look within,
there is always a way towards
your garden.
शीतल छ समय बगिरहेछ
बिहान घाम लागिरहेछ
मन्द मस्त जीवन
बाँचि रहेछ

तरङ्ग रङ्गको मिश्रण बीच उत्सर्ग
हामी आफैं ब्रम्हसूत्र
हराएर भेटिनँ आको
आफ्नै ढंगमा ।।
रातको शून्यतामा तारा बज्दै छन
मनका तारहरु नाच्दै छन
केही होस केही बिहोस
सबै भाका गुनगुनाउँदै
हामी पुगेको छौं यो गोरेटोमा
सबै कुरा थाहा पाउन
आफैंमा हराएर भेटिनँ ।।।
यहाँ कमी धेरै कुराको होइन
न त पैसा इन्धन इज्जत
माया मानवता नै हुन
आफुनु मन सम्म पुग्न
अरुको मन चिरेको हुन्छ
आफूनु शरीर भोग्न
अरुको छाला चाहिन्छ
आफू भेट्नै तरखर छैन
बस त कमी धेरै कुराको होइन
आफू सँग आफू नभएको हो
अनि भेटिउ पनि कसरी
आफू त ऐन पनि देखिँदैन
अँधेरोमा नियाल्नु पर्छ
डर अवश्य लाग्छ
आत्मा र मन भन्ने कुरा
कतै भेटिँदैन
सबैले खोस्न खोज्छ
जुन कुरा आखिरमा
आफैं सँग सदाबहार छ ।।।।
once while i was going down a crowd,
i saw a bird come down,
with a flower in its mouth,
and a thought sprout on my mind,

for my life to be as i see it,
while its happening all around,

म जङ्गल
म अर्ध शक्तिको आगो
म रसमय राग
म निर्भानाको तिर्खा
म निभेको बल्दै गरेको तत्व, शिव, शक्ति, शून्य
